Come join four people in their 20s and 30s, each at different stages in their lives, discuss life after sex. The discussions are part of play called ‘After’ now playing at the Havana Theatre, 1212 Commercial Drive, until April 5th. The play marks the world premiere of this originally-written work by Martha Herrera-Lasso. Her characters get themselves caught up in complicated, and sometimes, emotional and confusing conversations after sex. And really haven’t we all been there at some point with miscommunication and things taken out of context? In this day and age, with ever changing norms and increasing expectations, the play promises an exploration into love in the modern day. After is now on at the Havana Theatre until Saturday, April 5th. Tickets are available for $20 through Brown Paper Tickets.
