Yes, there is a space dedicated for beehives and the honey is available for sale in the River District Presentation Centre. For those driving to the area to view the murals, there is parking at River District’s Presentation Centre from which you can walk by the river’s edge to get to the murals. There is also parking further East of the murals turn on Sawmill Crescent from Marine Drive and you will find a parking lot. For transit users, there is limited transit to the area, but there is a 31 River District Shuttle Bus that travels between South Burnaby and SE Vancouver. If you get hungry, there are usually a couple of food trucks situated in River District’s Town Centre. We’ve included a sampling of some of the murals displayed. Information on the artist is posted with each mural. We invite you to head down for a meander by the Fraser River. It’s a nice way to spend a leisurely afternoon.
