Gourmet Warehouse Offers Cooking Class Perfect for Summer Entertaining

Now that summer is finally approaching, are you thinking about entertaining?  If so, Caren McSherry, owner of Gourmet Warehouse, 1340 East Hastings Street, has a cooking class with your name all over it. Gourmet Warehouse is offering one more cooking class before the summer break. The focus is on Summer Salads and Starters which will be perfect for entertaining.   You will learn how to make:

· Crisp Tuna Rolls on Thai Salad

· Grilled Basil Lemon Prawns with Chorizo

· Pancetta Wrapped Dates with Compote and Chili

· Red and Black Quinoa Salad with Roasted Vegetables and Hazelnut Vinaigrette

· Sante Fe Style Chicken Salad

The demonstration cooking class will be held on Saturday, June 8^th from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. at a cost of $70 plus tax. If you are interested in participating in this class, I suggest you hop to it.  Classes fill quickly and are limited to 20 people.  To register call, 604-253-3022.
