If you love beer and cooking, you may wish to check out this fun cooking class at the Italian Cultural Centre being offered again on November 3rd. Chef Adrian Beaty is hosting Cooking With Beer which is a farm to table dining experience featuring organic beers from Dogwood Brewing. This is a demonstration cooking class in which Chef Adrian will teach you how beer can bring out the flavours in a variety of foods. He’ll be covering appetizers, main course, salad and dessert with a focus on eating and cooking locally. Tickets for non-members are $69 without a beer or $76 with two beers and available from the Italian Cultural Centre. If you wish to bring a bottle of wine, you are welcome to do so.
