Looking to cook something new, healthy and easy for dinner? How about a Provencal Vegetarian Dinner? Valentine of Tartine & Maple will be leading a delish cooking demonstration on Wednesday, March 6th at Trout Lake Community Centre. She will introduce you to some food and recipes from southern Europe. During the class, Valentine will demonstrate how to make homemade Olive Tapenade Crostinis, Provence Vegetable Tian and Almond Panna Cotta.
